Life Update and Life Advices

Dear All!

Hope everything goes well with you, and may this transitional weather brings joy to us all, wherever we may be.

Just an update on how things goes. I realized that I have been negligence for the time and effort I've put in DA lately, nor that I have been producing that many drawings Like I used to .

Reason being is that, I have been focusing and putting a lot of effort in my career lately. It has been a big push, perhaps even a bigger push in the next few weeks time, which includes a lot of studying and some meetings here and there. If everything goes well, this will earn me a good position in one of Australia's top 3 Largest Banks which are some of the best and top financial institutions to work with in the region of Australasia. I suppose, it would be a good change in career, so I humbly ask for your prayer and wishes

So, as I mentioned, I will be even slower in putting my time on DA, but i will still try to work on the remaining Historically Wrong Sketch series as well as getting back to my piles of correspondences.  Hope you guys won't mind with my situation now.

Now I've seen a few journals about how to improve yourself in art and anything. I'd like to share my thoughts , but this may not be about improving your art or anything what you do in DA, but perhaps will help you in the future, especially for young adults.

Have A Goal in Life

Ask yourself this question "Are you working towards your goal or someone else goal?". Having a goal is always important, because not only that you can use it to self-motivate yourself and keep a check on yourself, but you will also feel more satisfied and fulfilled when you reach it, regardless of whatever obstacle you may face. Remember, Set your own goal and work on it sincerely, know that When there is a will, there will always be a way, Keep this in mind.

Plan your future

Great man wakes up and plan what he wants to do for the day. Greater man plan what he will do for the future. You need to have a goal first, before planning about your future. Planning allows you to keep track of your life and steer it to your heart's content, unless you prefer the type who drifts day by day and realized that the month had gone without doing anything. Nothing is impossible with proper planning, the world makes the way easy for those who know where to walk.

Learn how to sell yourself

If you want to be recognized, learn how to sell yourself to the public. Be unique, be confident, show what you have that others don't. Everyone have their specialties, and never let your disadvantages or weakness get in the way in reaching your goal. If you don't have anything unique or something that you can be confident with, well, start working on it! Skills, Education, Wealth, Physical attributes are some of the most common area on which you can improve. Skip the excuses and start doing it as soon as possible. Everyday is a Job Interview

Problems are there to make you BETTER, not BITTER

You will always face problems and the best solution for any problem is to deal with it with patience. From it, you will grow and learn some valuable lessons. Mistakes are often the best of teachers, and you learn how to do things right from mistakes, be it from yourself or from others. If you have a problem, speak up and don't be afraid to share it with others. People are always there to help, but only if you are willing to help yourself. Complaining and whining about your problems continuously doesn't solve anything.

Be Yourself

At the end of the day, you are what you are and no one has the right to dictate on what you must do, or what you mustn't. Being you is what makes yourself unique, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't improve on your personal image and skills. Trust your own capability, have faith in what you can do and never be afraid to grow out of your comfort zone.
