The Commissioner and wanted a drawing of his daughter, whom he lost, along with his wife in Syria years ago in the civil war. He is Syrian refugee so I thought it would be fitting to draw his late daughter in a decorated head-dress..

Today was supposed to be her 18th birthday...

I hope that this complementary drawing will serve him comfort. For a man who has lost his everything, and then his family, may life rewards him for his patience.
